Our babysitters are women ranging in age from 18 to 70 years old.  From College sitters to grandmothers, our babysitters love children and enjoy helping you enjoy a peaceful time away.

At Sitter at the Shore we understand the need, the growing concern when it comes to leaving your most valuable possessions. Your children are our primary concern.

In addition to being a local school teacher myself, the majority of our sitters are presently or former teachers, aides or substitutes too.  Care Aware also has sitters for children with special needs as some of the sitters have
special education degrees.

Our sitters represent Care Aware, Inc.  We are insured under the commercial general and professional liability and errors and emissions.

Goodie bags on the go!  Our sitters come prepared to care for children of all ages. We like to play games, read stories, educate and entertain your children instead of the television or video games.

A Sitter's instructions guide sheet will also be available by the sitter for all of your detailed instructions, so our sitter can best care for your children.

Privilege of Sitter Placement: We cannot allow any of our sitters to accept offers to work in any capacity except through our agency. Our sitters are aware of this clause and have signed contracts not to accept any offer made by anyone in your party that has not come through our agency first. At the risk of our sitters losing their position on our referral list and possible penalties such as additional charges and discontinuation of future services or legal actions against both you and the themselves, we must ask that you, or anyone in your party, to please refrain from asking for any personal information from the sitters and or requesting services without our agency involvement. Our insurance and liability is high and we want not only our sitters, but our clients and their children to be protected.
